Can you help me choose my blind?
Yes. Our expert customer services team will be able to help you pick the perfect blind. They will take in consideration of light control, degree of privacy, surrounding neighbours, and morning and afternoon light directions. This will have an effect on the position and type of fabric recommended for your windows.
I have no idea what to do with my windows? Do you offer advice?
Yes we will happily give you advice. It always helps if you can tell us what your requirements are. i.e. “I want to protect my furniture from the sun, but do not want to lose my view.” Or, “My husband cannot sleep if there is a hint of light in the room - what can I do?”
Do you come out and measure?
We come to you to measure your windows and bring all our fabrics for you to choose right here in your own home. We will be able to give you a quote right there on the spot. If you are out of the Melbourne area we would love you to give us approximate measurements and we can quote, and if within your budget we will then come out and measure.
Why are your prices so competitive?
It is because you buy direct from us, and we are the manufacturer. Choose us, straight from the factory mean you’re not paying for a middle man, not paying for huge overhead costs and expensive advertising and promotions that other companies have. Same, if not better quality blinds you would get elsewhere at wholesale prices.
What does custom-made mean?
Each product is made from scratch, raw material sourced here in Melbourne are customised to suit your requirements. Everything is 100% made to order. We measure every window accurately and our specialists use their experience and expertise to deliver the best result.
Which style / design is right for me?
Every customer’s requirements are different. So we try offer products that suit everyone’s budget, home décor, light and privacy needs. If you would like some advice, please contact us.
How long will it take to deliver blinds?
No longer than 7 days, that’s our promise.
How do I look after for my blinds?
We offer easy-care fabrics and our staff are always happy to provide advice on the correct care.
Will my blinds be child safe?
Absolutely YES! All our blinds are manufactured and fitted to conform to the Federal Government Child Safety Regulations.
Can I order Motorised Blinds?
We offer motorised roller blinds from stock, but we can also supply motorisation options for most other types of blinds. Please ask us for information.
Do you sell blackout roller blinds?
We sell blinds made from blockout fabrics. But please note that whilst blockout fabrics will not allow any light to pass through, a roller blind made with a blockout fabric will still allow a very small amount of light ‘leak’ around the edges. This is acceptable for most domestic situations, but if you are very sensitive to light, please let us know.
What components and mechanism are your blinds made with?
All our blinds are made with the best quality components from Acmeda. They are a well respected in the Australian blinds industry for their quality components and mechanisms.
Who is responsible for measuring my blind?
We are responsible for the measurements that we use make your blind. It is important that you clearly indicate which window and door you want us to measure.
What payment methods can I use?
You can make payment by cash, cheque, or EFT.
Can I cancel my order?
In most cases NO. Your blind will go into production very soon after you have placed your order with us, as it is made to measure for you, it will not be suitable for anybody else so it cannot be restocked for sale to anybody else (please see our terms and conditions). However if you do want to cancel your order for any reason then telephone us as soon as possible and we will check whether your blind has gone into production. If it is not already in production we may be able remove it from our production schedule and cancel your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
In most cases NO. Your blind will go into production very soon after you have placed your order with us. However if you do want to change your order for any reason then telephone us as soon as possible and we will check whether your blind has gone into production. If it is not already in production we may be able remove it from our production schedule and make changes to your order.
Can I return my blinds for a refund?
NO. All of our blinds are bespoke and made to measure to our customers’ individual requirements. As your blinds are made to measure for you they will not be suitable for anybody else, so cannot be restocked for sale to anybody else. (Please see our terms and conditions).

What do I do if the blind is damaged?
It is rare for one of our blinds to be damaged in transit or during installation. If find your blind is damaged, we will happily fix or replace that blind for you.
